The USMLEs have a series of very good “Free 120” style questions they call “SPEX” questions that are freely available on their website. It’s a collection of 86 very high yield questions. The goal with this series is to walk through all 86 of them (like I did for the free 120) with an emphasis on pathophysiology, understanding, and a discussion of test taking strategies. You 100% should work through these and listen to them before Step 2 or 3. I am also attaching the PDF here.
