In this short podcast, I review some of my observations from the 2021 match (low match rates, unusual match issues, etc) and render some encouragement/salient words of advice for individuals that did not match. I also spend some time discussing some changes that should be coming down the pike along with recommendations for people about to go through what by all indications may be a more competitive upcoming cycle.
